Sie stand die ersten Jahre unter einem nach Westen ausgerichtetem Dachfenster, welches in den Sommermonaten schattiert wird. Mittlerweile wurde sie unter einem nach Osten weisenden (im Sommer schattiertem) Dachfenster platziert. Bei beiden Standorten erreichen die Temperaturen im Sommer gerne bis zu 35 Grad, im Winter fallen sie mitunter auf 16 Grad in der Nacht – die Temperaturschwankungen sind also im Laufe des Jahres relativ hoch. An beiden Plätzen entwickelt sie sich gleichermaßen gut. Entsprechend den vorherrschenden Temperaturen wird sie im Sommer 1 Mal wöchentlich getaucht (50 % Leitungswasser mit einem Leitwert von 300 µS/cm, 50 % Regenwasser), im Winter nur dann, wenn sie komplett abgetrocknet ist. Während der Wachstumsperiode werden die Blätter circa 1 Mal pro Woche mit aufgedüngtem Leitungswasser besprüht. Sonstiges: registriert 2003 durch Taiwan Tristar
